Training Sessions
Our training programs have been designed to engage you in multiple ways, to ensure learning at a deeper level than before. You can book an individual session or group session with a minimum of 5 clients.

This program was created by Nikki in 2013 as a part of the Time to Change Project, a national anti-stigma campaign run jointly by the mental health charities, Mind and Rethink.
You can book a session for yourself, or add your name to the waiting list - when 5 or more people book a session, they can purchase it considerably cheaper together.
As well as helping you to put the various elements of your personal story into words, this program also deals with real-life issues, including the best ways to share your story for the situation, how to deal with challenging situations, and how to embrace self-care.

Client Testimonials
"The training was absolutely amazing really supportive, it supported me in being more confident in life, to help me on my journey in supporting the community with their mental health and wellbeing, while bringing awareness and breaking down stigmas around mental health.
Big advocate in suicide awareness and prevention all down to being on the course, it has supported me in sharing my story to the wider community and health services, even told part of my story and why I created Mindscapes to 117 delegates from the ICB , NHS, councils and VCSE sector.
The course and Nikki really helped me to progress in life despite my own mental health issues, I'm now running successful peer support groups, the people we support we empower them to share their stories if and when they feel comfortable, the ripple effect is its still supporting people."
“I think this training session was very insightful and has given me the
confidence to help train others to tell their story safely, to help breakdown
stigmas and barriers through the power of our story. I think it's a vital tool to help get
rid of stigma around mental health.”
“I found it really helpful as I’m starting to share my story so it has helped me to try and put into context what I want to say. I
would love to see where this could take me in the future.”
“The session was really engaging and informative and I was able to take away a
lot from it. The space was safe and supportive, and I felt I was able to be
open and vulnerable.”
“It was interesting to reflect on whether stories need more/less words and/or
aurals and/or visuals in order to be effective.”
