Chakra Alignment - Short
This session is designed to encourage the alignment of your energy centers in a short space of time, perfect for when you're on the go or need an immediate focal point. Sometimes, we just feel off, and we can't quite place our finger on what's going on - an alignment can illuminate where your issue is, which is the first step to addressing them.

Mindfulness
Mindfulness is the art of being mindful in the moment. It is not easy to shut out the every day noises of life, but by practising mindfulness, we learn to accept the noise for what it is and focus on the goal - peace. Your session can utilise silence, music, a food item... it's up to you.

Crystal Reiki
Distance Healing
Crystal Reiki combines the traditional healing of Usui Reiki with the energy of crystals. By harnessing the characteristics of one or more crystals, utilising sacred shapes and ancient symbology, this session is designed to provide an additional boost which you can learn to harness yourself.

Chakra Alignment - Deep
This session is designed to encourage a deeper look into your energy centers; to address each one in turn for cleansing, healing and energising. This is the perfect resource when you want to take a deeper look into what's happening with you; maybe you're experiencing a block, or you're stuck and unsure why, whatever it is, a deep exploration often provides the answers one seeks. For those who know where the block is, or need intuitive healing in a particular area, choose the specific option. Explanations can be found in the Step-by-Step Guides.

Usui Reiki
Distance Healing
Reiki sessions are designed to encourage the body's natural ability to heal, utilising the universal life force ("Rei") and the energy within you ("Ki"). Before you roll your eyes, ask yourself why a paper cut doesn't bleed forever, why gravity doesn't squash us into the floor at all times, or why our universe isn't hurtling through space. There is an undeniable force around us and within us, which we can channel into all areas of life.
